Communities can thrive only if the families who live there are supported and safe. Through the Heights Suburban Collaborative, we provide services for the well-being of our communities’ children. Our Fathers and Families Together (FAFT) program provides men with tools to help them be caring, committed, and responsible fathers.

Heights Suburban Collaborative

  • Linkage to affordable health care, counseling, trauma support, early learning, workforce training, and more
  • Shoes & Coats for Kids distribution
  • Adoption, foster care, and kinship services
  • Advocacy for families navigating the child welfare system
  • Supervised visits for the Division of Children and Family Services
  • Parenting classes
  • Services for youth aging out of foster care

Fathers and Families Together
